Take a good look. This is the real deal: Newell, South Dakota, in all its satellite imagery glory!
Apparently, exactly half the town is lush, green habitable vegetation and the other half is basically a lunar landscape; either that, or it's been ravaged by volcanic activity. Either way, we blame Google Maps!
